Old Saint Paul’s Scottish Episcopal Church
October to December 2007 | Visit website →
Old Saint Paul's Scottish Episcopal Church is a historic and living Anglican congregation set in the heart of Edinburgh's Old Town, yards from the Royal Mile.
We were fortunate to be given the opportunity to undertake the complete redevelopment of the church's website, restructuring the site and redesigning all of its pages using web standards compliant and accessible XHTML and CSS. A custom content management solution was implemented using the ExpressionEngine web publishing framework,
At the client's request, the design is consistent with - though not identical to - that of the Scottish Episcopal Church website, also designed by justinreynolds.co.uk.
The site allows members of the Old Saint Paul's to post news and events listings, maintain a photo gallery, and provide full information about the activities of their many groups and committees.
Client Comments
"We have had the pleasure of working with Justin on sites both large and small, and have found the high quality of his work and attention to detail second to none. Justin's understanding of CSS, browser compatibility, usability and accessibility issues is impeccable. And his ability to translate design, content and navigation requirements into clear, semantic, powerful yet simple and flexible code that works for everyone is an absolutely vital part of the success of all his websites."
